Utilize this template to prioritize your intentions and block out time to complete them.  

How we like to use this Planner

We like to first list out our most important intentions for the week such as: Sleep, Exercise, Meals, Meditation, Journaling and Self-Improvement. Then we list our work priorities, household errands and family errands for the week. We then block off time for each task as needed and utilize different colours of highlighters to have the blocking effect be more impactful. You can fill this out on your laptop but we prefer to print it out. The act of hand to paper has a reinforcing effect with your brain. We hope that you find as much potential in this planner as we do.

Utilize this template to plan your nutrition and movement goals for the week.

How we like to use this Planner

We like to use this planner to hold ourselves accountable to our nutrition and movement goals.  We take some time on the weekend to plan our meals and snacks for the week.  From this meal plan we are better able to create a grocery list and to help us ensure that we are setting ourselves up for success.  We will also plan ahead what our movement goals are for the week.  For us that looks like a rotation between a Hiit & cardio routine and yoga with some daily walks thrown in.  We hope that you find as much potential in this planner as we do.

How we like to use this Planner

We like to use this planner after we have filled out our Inspired Daily Planner to get a sense of what we have left and what we need to purchase. A list will help keep you on track with your meal plan, keep you on budget and help reduce food waste. Lastly, remember never to shop HANGRY, have a snack or a meal 30 minutes before heading out. We hope that you find as much potential in this planner as we do.
