Service Agreement for Virtual Service

At Inspired Time, our Virtual Assistant services are strictly virtual. We will not physically provide any errand services such as pick-ups, mailings, drop offs, or anything else that requires the physical attendance of our staff to a specific location. We do offer Concierge Services and we would be more than happy to help you with any errand or on the ground services through this service line. Our Virtual Assistants will do their absolute best to fulfill your requests provided they are legal and ethical. However, Inspired Time reserves the right to decline any work. Inspired Time, its staff and operators, will not be held accountable, liable, or financially responsible for any inaccurate information provided.

9:00am – 5:00pm EST


Inspired Time is capable of receiving your requests 24/7/365, however, emails, calls and requests will only be answered during our business hours. Requests received outside of business hours will be reviewed by the Inspired Time team on the next business day. Please note that some requests may be limited at times to process in the event that the business we are being asked to reach is closed or are in a different time zone.

Inspired Time respects the work-life balance of our employees and, therefore, you can reach them during business hours only.


Monthly Membership

All of Inspired Time’s plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. Your membership will be active beginning on the date that you sign up for our services and will renew automatically on that date each month.

Inspired Time’s Virtual Assistant monthly membership packages are as follows:

The Beginner @ Up to 5hrs for $199;

The Rising Star @ Up to 15hrs for $599; and

The Executive @ Up to 30 hours for $999.

Please note that membership prices or the number of hours per package may change at any time, however, you will be notified in advance of this happening.

When you sign up for a monthly plan, your credit card will continue to be charged each month until you cancel. Every month, when your membership renews, you will receive new account credits based on the total number of hours of your preferred membership plan. Please note that unused credits and requests do not roll over month-to-month.


Renewals

To keep things simple, your membership will automatically renew each month. We respect how busy you are and will NOT clutter up your inbox with a renewal notice. Therefore, you consent to allow Inspired Time to automatically process your monthly membership fee to your credit card each month, without contacting you prior to doing so, unless you notify us to cancel your account. Contracts do not require renewal for any minimum period.


Scope of Requests

Requests must be made via email. Some examples of requests to our Virtual Assistant could include scheduling, data entry, research and planning. To ensure there is no miscommunication, all requests must be sent through separately. Requests should be clearly articulated with as much detail as possible including a requested completion date. To ensure efficiency and clear communication when you have multiple requests, please ensure each request is sent through separately.

Each request is billed in 20-minute increments. To ensure the needs of all our clients are met, you may place up to 6 requests, or 2 billable hours, in a 24-hour period. Although we will do our best to accommodate every request, those made beyond the 2 billable hours will not be guaranteed and will be subject to review by the Inspired Time team. Should you submit your request on the last two days of your billing cycle will do our best to accommodate the request. However, Inspired time cannot guarantee completion as we have many clients and projects on the go. To avoid disappointment please ensure you submit your requests early. Please note that you have the ability to inform Inspired Time how much time is spent per request to manage your membership plan time more closely.

There are some services that are not considered a Virtual Assistant request (such as social media management, web design or accounting). We do have preferred vendors that we would love to connect you with that would be able to assist you. Should you submit a request that is deemed a project beyond our Virtual Assistant service line, we will contact you promptly. In such a case we will provide you with the best possible solution and we will only bill for time spent sourcing an alternate solution.

By engaging in our services, you agree that in some cases such as purchases and appointments, the Inspired Time team will need to speak on your behalf, enter your personal information to create profiles (such as airlines, hotels, ecommerce sites, etc.), and you authorize for us to use your personal profile information to complete the requests you have submitted. Alternatively, we welcome you to explore sharing a LastPass account with your team at Inspired Time. This way your passwords and information stay encrypted.

Prior to requesting our employees make any purchases on your behalf, you will be required to review all refund and exchange policies with the provider we will be purchasing from on your behalf.

Inspired Time will not be held accountable, liable, or responsible in any way for purchases made on your behalf that are lost during shipping, tickets arriving late, goods damaged in the mail, etc. Purchases made on your behalf are offered to save you time. Inspired Time will in no way be responsible for the goods or services we are purchasing for you.


Travel Arrangements

Our array of services includes Travel Arrangements. Upon receiving and understanding your request, our team will do their best to ensure you receive a competitive price for air travel/transportation, accommodations, and other travel needs. However, we will not be responsible in any way and we do not represent the service quality of licensed or professional travel agents. As the customer, you are accountable for the final selection of your destination or service provider. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with any services referred by our team, please contact the service provider rather than Inspired Time. Once we make a purchase or place an order, Inspired Time will not be held responsible for any refunds or disputes. It will be your responsibility to inquire upon any cancellation rules prior to booking and dispute any concerns you have directly with the service provider. Inspired Time will not refund, credit or be held responsible whatsoever for any travel related purchases.


Limitations

By agreeing to our terms, you realize that there are inherent limitations to the services we provide. We will not make illegal purchases on your behalf or represent you in any unlawful or illegal way. Furthermore, you agree that information provided to you is not eligible for publication and that you should contact a professional in the field which you are inquiring advice, prior to engaging in official services of any kind. For purchases made on your behalf by Inspired Time, its employees or its operators will NOT be held accountable for returns, refunds or guarantees on behalf of the products or services you are purchasing.


Usage Restrictions

You also agree that you are not to abuse our team, our time or our services in any other way. You are not to resell our services, forward calls to your friends or relatives, exchange membership cards or spam us with fraudulent and erroneous requests and inquires. Such actions will result in immediate termination of your account with Inspired Time. In addition to termination of your account, you may be subject to additional charges for our lost time. Our team will not honor fraudulent outbound calling, money collections, prank calling or other illegal activities.


Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to provide Inspired Time with correct information and you are aware that there are inherent risks such as fraud, identity theft, wrong purchases, etc. We utilize state of the art and industry standard SSL encryption tools; however, you will bear the responsibility and liability for the information that you share and store on our website. Furthermore, Inspired Time will not lie on your behalf for any reason or be involved or responsible for any of your personal, business, accounting, legal, financial or other actions.

Inspired Time will also not be held accountable or liable for any illegal or fraudulent activities that you impose or request upon our services. In such a case, we will terminate your account immediately.


Cancellations

We understand that there may come a time when you may need to cancel your membership. If a cancellation request is required, please contact us via telephone during our listed business hours to speak with a live employee at least 7 days prior to your next renewal date. Cancellations are subject to review. Inspired Time will not provide a refund should you request cancellation after your monthly membership has already been automatically renewed for the next month.


Refunds

You must cancel your membership 7 days prior to its renewing by calling our office during business hours in order to avoid a charge. There will be no refunds for services that are rendered or hours not yet used in the membership package. Credits will only be refunded if there was an error committed on our behalf. In that case, please contact our customer service at hello@inspiredtime.ca.

There will also be no refunds for purchases made on your behalf. Should you ask a member of our team to make a purchase on your behalf, we will not be held accountable should the product or service you’re purchasing not meet the expectations you had in mind.


Our Agreement

We recognize that you have many businesses to choose from and we truly appreciate your decision to choose Inspired Time to assist you in balancing your lifestyle and connecting with what matters most to you. We commit to providing you the highest quality of customer service. Should you ever experience anything less than this please contact us immediately. By agreeing to our terms, you promise to be reasonable and considerate of our business, services and our staff. By agreeing to our terms, you also consent to receive email communications from Inspired Time regarding our services, promotions, and reminders. Inspired Time promises to only send communications that pertain to our services. You will be able to opt out of email communications at any time, however, your consent will be valid for the duration of your membership with Inspired Time.


Limitation of Liability

By accepting this Service Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that the liability of Inspired Time, its employees and its agents is limited to the amount of the fee paid by you for the services rendered and you hereby waive and release Inspired Time, its employees and agents from any and all liability in excess of such fee. Any legal action arising from this Service Agreement must be commenced within three (3) months from the date of the incident that is the subject of the claim. You acknowledge that failure to bring such an action within this time period shall be a complete bar to any such action and a full and complete waiver of any rights or claims based thereon.
