What is a Concierge service?

At one time, concierge services were associated with high-end hotels or celebrities. Not anymore. Now it is all about freeing your time from micromanaging details to daily errands allowing you to connect with what matters most to you.


Who would hire a Concierge service?

Anyone that appreciates the value of time and how short we are of it in today’s constant state of busyness. Whether you are a Super-Mom (or Dad) trying to do it all, an executive, a power couple, an entrepreneur or a senior that could use an extra set of hands we have solutions that will free your time.


Do you charge by the hour?

To suit a variety of needs we offer both packages and an a la carte pricing option. We will work together with you to ensure your needs are looked after providing total peace of mind.


Are materials, expenses & taxes included in the rate/package?

No, they are not; these are the responsibility of our clients. We will invoice you for the hours it took to perform the errand and include any agreed upon expense reimbursements. We will always ensure you are provided with either the original or copies of the receipts as proof of expenditure.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Visa or MasterCard credit cards as well as electronic funds transfer. We request a deposit and balance of payment received upon receipt of service. Funds for our pre-paid packages are kept secured in your name and we will provide balance updates after each hour/service completed.


What is your service area?

We are currently serving the Muskoka and Barrie area.


What if I don’t see a task listed on your website?

Not to worry. As long as the request is legal and ethical we will work with you to ensure your needs are met. If we cannot personally complete the task that you are requesting we will do our best to refer you to the best alternative option.


What are your hours of operation?

For both our concierge and virtual services we are available Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm EST. Services requested outside of our normal business hours may be accepted and charged accordingly on a case-by-case basis. After all, we have to practice what we preach and support our team’s work-life balance.


Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured under a commercial liability insurance policy.
